Unfortunately I was unable to get updates from Jena in a timely manner. I called several times and left messages to contact me because she wasn't responding to my texts and didn't receive a response.
We were in an extremely short time frame to get our vehicle repaired due to a longed planned vacation to see our grandkids graduation in Spokane.
I know it was frustrating for her, but I needed to know when there were delays or problems with insurance company.
