Everyone was VERY nice and professional. But i have two problems. 1. Paul first quoted me $1,100. That didn't sound right and I told him so. I questioned several times in several ways, and he said yes, $1,100 when in fact, it was $11,000!!! 2. My other problem is also the $11,000 quote. I thought I was going to have to donate my minivan and not afford another which would be so much trouble. But thankfully I was able to get the van in to a transmission specialist in town for $5,000 and another quoted $6,400. I still can't believe your business charges $11,000.

In person, all employees were polite and competent. Trying to reach Paul (or ANY service person) by phone was like trying to talk to a brick wall. “That mailbox is full and not able to receive any messages,” and transfers to any and ALL service reps resulted in 3 dropped calls in a row. Your communication system is a giant disaster. Calls to the service dept call center should connect a customer with someone who knows something about automobiles. Luckily your service bay folks seem to know what they are doing.

I was not happy with the service provided. I took over a month for some warranty work to be done. The people I was in contact with didn’t seem to know when the parts would arrive so they told me various incorrect dates on different days. The parts did not arrive on said dates/times on multiple occasions and it felt like nobody cared. I was told on multiple occasions that “it’s out of our hands” and felt I was dismissed. I called and asked to have a manager call me. He had the same excuses. Dont promise if you can’t deliver! It would have been ok if I wasn’t told, a few times, an exact date the parts would arrive. So my frustration built up every time the expectation was not met. I still have not received a phone call from the GM like I requested. ???????

My daughter Monica brought the jeep to be serviced. Someone walked her to the lounge, she provided her phone number and was told she would be texted or phoned when the car was ready about 330. instead later I found both a text and a voice message from Iman on my phone indicating the Jeep was ready. So unknowingly my daughter ended up waiting much longer than necessary until she finally inquired and was told it was ready. Also the voice message Iman left on my phone she spoke very rapidly and I had to listen to it two or three times before I realized what she was saying. Proper messaging etiquette is to speak slowly and clearly. Please phone me to discuss ****-****-xxxx

Every time i get my truck serviced it takes a long time to pick up.( was there for an hour just for pick up) this last time i was charged for extra stuff when i have a service contract that wasn’t cheap and the guys said if he knew i had a contact from the start he wouldn’t have added it on. I had asked for an oil change and any other services that where due not extra additives

Iman was great; however, the service technicians forgot to fill the front tires after rotation service was performed. I had to fill the front tires myself after leaving the dealership. This is disappointing.
