About an hour after I dropped off my car for its scheduled service I got a call saying g 5 techs had called in sick that day and they would have to keep my car until the next day, or I would have to come pick it up and reschedule and do the whole routine over again. It was cinco de mayo so im assuming that was the real reason. Its hard to believe you couldn't have seen that coming, but you were still scheduling service appts that day. It does make me think twice about relying on you for service if things like that aren't managed well and it becomes my problem.

Terrible customer service. I brought my truck in, and was assured I would not be paying anything for the diagnostic, because it was under warranty. I had my brother-in-law pick up the truck and they charged him $199. When I called for clarification I was given the runaround, I explained the manager set the appointment with me and also assured me there would be no charge for a diagnostic.I was promised by Paul a manager would call me back, I called four times Yesterday and texted and was still given the runaround.
No one took five minutes out of their day to even call back, it's absolutely ridiculous. I will never have my vehicle serviced here again, nor will I recommend.

PT cruiser has been serviced by your company numerous times to the tune of over $8000. I was told it still is not completely fixed. I want you to either completely fix the car so that it never has to be brought back again and again and again and again. Or return the unfixed car and return the money of almost $8000 that I paid to have it fixed and although you charged me the money you’re not able to fix the car.
