Where do I start? I purchased my truck from your location under Lithia and in my contract included lifetime Oil changes. You guys no longer will honor that. So where did that money go. You want to earn my business you say? That’s certainly not the way to do that. On top of that I was having some stalling issues and was the reason for the visit and asked for a diagnostic test for 199.00. I didn’t get any notes on what, if anything, was done. They said bc my battery was not fully charged and couldn’t test everything. Ok… I had a recall that needed to be fixed as well, Paul told me that they charged the battery so they could fix the recall. Am I lost??? Which one is it? Couldn’t test all the diagnostic or could fix the recall? So I paid you for a service I really didn’t get. I could keep going about the check out process with Maria…. Rude is all I can say. I will NOT ever buy another car from you and certainly will NOT be back for any future service. What a scam! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. ****! That’s putting it nicely.
