If you truly are committed to achieving satisfaction, honor the maintenance contracts that were in place when you purchased the Lithia dealership. You know you are smart enough to factor these contracts costs when you purchased. This is NOT a good marketing strategy for CardinaleWay FUTURE RAM maintenance & service. I enjoyed working with Paul very much. He was courteous and competent and eager to please. My only complaint would be the cost of the repair, which was nearly $800 to replace a small panel of buttons that operate the windows from the drivers side. As I told Paul, if the dealership had waved the diagnostic fee, which was $200, that favor would have inclined me to return next time I have a repair need. Now I will be inclined to look for less expensive alternatives. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and thank you all for it. Good job!

He was very nice and quick, although when I picked up my vehicle, it took longer than I expected. The staff didn’t seem to care about costumers more than discussing phone calls. Had to wait about 10 minutes to get my vehicle and there was only 2 of us waiting. Could have better customer care.

Lack of communication and miscommunication. We got by with one car for the week operating on the last phone call stating the piece would be in Thursday am, and car done Thursday pm. We called to confirm car was complete Thursday pm and the team said yes. Came Friday am to pick up. Apparently the piece isn’t in yet and job not complete but that was not communicated at all. Husband is injured so driving to Santa Rosa and picking up the car was a challenge, plus kids and work with one car all week and no actual completion or communication that it was delayed etc was not great. We’d appreciate a call when the part is in, and a loaner car while the car is being fixed. Thank you.

Sam has always been helpful. However, I was not as satisfied with the service performed. I paid for an engine coolant flush/replacement, which I understood to mean that the whole system would be flushed, cleaned, and replaced. However, when I returned home I checked my fluid levels and noticed that the coolant reservoir was unchanged and had a bug floating in it. It was also still zip-tied into the engine compartment, so was definitely not replaced or flushed. I am able to simply drain and refill the radiator on my own or top off the reservoir bottle, and had the service performed at the dealership because of the additional capability your technicians have to clean the whole system and not just the radiator. I don’t believe this service was performed adequately.
