It was amazing. My 7 hour wait was all tolerable thanks to Liz's care and thoughtful explanation and updates. She listened carefully about my situations, resolved most of the issues, uncovered issues unknown to me (chrome oxidization), and made sure to let me know the progress throughout the long process.

I had several pending concerns for the car I bought in November, for example I only got one key. After following up with sales for a long timetime to order the spare key, I finally got them to order it. Even the paperwork regarding CPO was never done.
