We still have an issue with the cold start shudder which was the same issue as the last visit in 2023. I spoke with Ethan about it and he says it is normal even though it was not that way when we bought the car. He said if it gets worse or becomes another issue in the warranty of 100k it would be taken care of. Not sure this is correct. He was very pleasant. Elizabeth was a great intake person. She did everything to help me and made the experience as good as it could be.

Communication on the status of my vehicle was lacking. Elizabeth was out sick, but nobody followed up with me in her absence. I have never felt the level of service was of a luxury brand like Mercedes. The engine light on my Genesis GV70 suddenly showed up one weekend. I called the Genesis of San Bruno and they were quick to get me an appointment the following week. I absolutely loved the service I got there. Elizabeth Czahar there was very professional which made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. I was offered a loaner for the entire week my car was with the dealership. She was quick in ordering the required parts and fixing the issue.
Genesis of San Bruno is my go to service center from now on and Elizabeth is my go to person for any car related queries. I greatly appreciate her dedication and excellent work.
