Elizabeth was great and very helpful. But your oil change tech didn’t seem like he was motivated to get my car out as I sat in the lobby for 5 hours waiting on it. 10:30 till almost 4:30. But as I stated before, Elizabeth did an amazing job and was very helpful getting future appointments to fix some other issues.

Liz was impressive. Compared to prior dealerships that I’ve been a regular customer of, she was doing the jobs that are typically delegated to three separate people. I recommend that staff be hired or other existing staff have their scope of practice expanded to allow her to perform more efficiently. You should probably retain her at all costs. I can’t imagine many people staying satisfied in her current work environment, yet still convey care to her customers.

I paid 110 Dollars for an oil change and was told by Eric to drive it for 1000 miles and then bring it back to him. The car is burning oil. I hope I get a new engine as it is still under warranty.
