Elizabeth is definitely an asset to Hyundai. As a layman on matters like this , I came up with confusing questions, but she answerd them , with knowledge and kindness .I think she might have been under the weather, but you would never know it, if there was something she couldn’t answer she would run to go get it .Now a days service like that is noticeable. I have a new car and it has a problem with the engine, namely: near the oil filler neck, oil comes out of the engine. I waited for an appointment for 2 months and in the end I was told that nothing was found. They suggested waiting another month and observing whether the oil would continue to come out. I was surprised that they treated my problem this way, as I was sure that the diagnosis would be of better quality

The only thing I didn't appreciate was how long it took to schedule the appointment. I had to wait 3 months. Also, when I arrived for my appointment, I was on time, but had to wait 30 minutes to get checked in. Other than that the service advisor was great. I received a text when the car was ready, when I was on my way to pick it up my service advisor called to let me know it was ready!!! I appreciated having my vehicle washed, too!!

However, the amount of time to get an appointment was not acceptable.
The amount of time to get my car repaired was unacceptable.
I won’t lease any new company vehicles from your company as I don’t want to have my employees that will be without transportation for such long periods of time. Your Hyundai dealership is not dependable and moving forward I will switch to another dealer.

My only issue is, that the item ir tire that's not repairable should be shown to the customer and not by pictures. And if customer bought the vehicle where it's being repaired a discount of some sort should be offered
