Elizabeth was great and was the best part of the experience. But when someone calls to make an appointment they should be informed of the timeframe! It affects their whole day. Also, when I called to ask a question about the anti-theft upgrade I received an unsatisfactory answer. I called the fremont dealer and got a clear answer right away!! It wasn‘t Elizabeth who answered the phone. Can‘t recall the name if the female who answered. Thanks for washing the car!!
