Elizabeth went above and beyond providing the upmost customer service, I was very pleased how detailed and clean my vehicle was, I was also at eas for the fact that Elizabeth kept me informed through out the maintainance process she is such a valued employee on a scale to 1 to 10 she deserves a 20 I'm a Very Satisfied customer!!!

Elizabeth was very helpful and flexible with providing me with a loaner car while my car needed to be serviced. I appreciated her genuineness and understanding. Unfortunately the only thing I can complain about is not having any sort of service cost estimate mentioned to me, making my total payment catch a little off guard. I understand I gave the “ok” for the minimum packag, but I wasn’t given a cost estimate at the time of agreement. Otherwise, Elizabeth was very kind and helpful.

My wife drove away and your technician hadn’t secured a large panel under the motor. The panel was dragging under the vehicle for miles. Once my wife realized something wasn’t right she had to return to the dealership to have the issue corrected. Such poor service. Why would the service writer call to tell us the vehicle was ready when it was clearly not? This situation makes me want to not return to Hyundai again.

Once again Irving was easy to work with. He’s professional and friendly. He helped me get my car fixed as I’ve been dealing with a car that consumes too much oil. Irving made sure he followed the protocol in order to ensure I would be considered for a new engine. He also helped me get a car loaner while my car was being worked on. I really appreciated that as I needed a car however could not afford renting one for a long period. Irving definitely demonstrates great customer service!!
