My son recently experienced it and I have heard it from several others that they are told to get repairs done when in fact they aren’t needed. My son was told he needed $600 in brake work. He took it to our mechanic of 20 years and he said the brakes were fine. I brought my car in and was told I needed new tires. I didn’t need them and in fact when I returned 10,000 miles later for another oil change, your staff noted that I got new tires, which I had not. Shame on you for trying to upsell repairs that aren’t needed.

The service advisor and manager and payment team member were great! The problem is that when scheduling the appointment initially I explained that we were going on a big trip and needed to make sure everything was good to go. This was an opportunity for the scheduler to highlight what regular maintenance tasks were needed. Alas, only an oil change was scheduled, so I thought OK good to go! Until the oil change was being done the service advisor came in and said we needed two other fluids changes. But I had no time for this at this appt…. So had to reschedule. We buy Toyotas because they are reliable and reduce the number of service appts, not in those case!! them!

I do not wish to be contacted. I just wanted to share feedback that I made a 4 PM appointment for 100,000 mile service and I don’t believe that the techs stay that late to service vehicles so I’m not sure why I was able to make an appointment on the website for that late. Everyone was very accommodating and they were able to give me a rental but I think 4 PM appointments are not possible for the service that I requested.

Was told at time of purchase my first 5 old changes were covered but today found out 3 of those are used because you have me coming in for tire rotations which I could do myself if that's the case. So was misrepresented what was covered when I bought the truck. Salesman said I would not need to pay for oil changes but will because of the rotating tires that was not mentioned at all. And the alerts are annoying of all it is for is a rotation. Also was told window sticker was updated but same sticker is on it
