As far as I know the car is just fine but I was disappointed when the first person told me I'd owe close to $175 for the oil change even though our maintenance is covered by Smart Toyota for two years. He didn't seem to know. The second issue was being told you usually recommend an alignment every 12,000 miles. We haven't even added half that many miles since buying the RAV4 in January. It makes me wonder if you guys aligned it before you sold it to us.

Your mechanic showed my wife a. Really dirty cabin filter and said she needed a new filter. I was there with her and said no I would install a new cabin filter. When I removed the cabin filter it was not the same one that she was showed her. It was’t very dirty.
I don’t know if I can trust Smart motors anymore.
