We scheduled, what we thought would be a 30 minute service at 11:30 (10,000 mile oil change and tire rotation). We arrived early (10:15) to ensure we didn’t hold anyone up. We waited in the car to be checked in for 10 minutes. When we were finally checked in we sat in the waiting room for an hour before the car was even rolled into the bay. We watched it roll in. We then sat for another 30 minutes before someone came to talk to us, and then the service was done about 20 minutes after that. We will not be returning. We wasted 2 hours of our day in Madison sitting and waiting for what should have been 20-30 minutes to begin with. Had this not been scheduled and we just dropped in, I would understand that we had to wait. The fact that it was scheduled was extremely frustrating. I can’t imagine running a business in this way.

I was fully satisfied with both my service experiences. However, I am having a problem that might not qualify as service-related. At some point the Apple car-play feature stopped working. I have reviewed numerous tutorials and made several attempts to fix this. I feel inept as I have been completely unsuccessful. In wondering whether Smart could help me with this, I should make it clear that I did not purchase the car from you. This was because you were unable to obtain it due to its limited supply. Still, if you believe this is not properly within the scope of assistance, I will understand.

I have asked several times to have my number switched back to primary. My husband took in the car once and they switched him to primary. Every time I take the car in I tell them mine should be primary and ask them to call or text my number. They say they will and then don't. Got a call after my husband said to call me and then they said they would text me but it went to him. Finally just took him off but don't feel I should have to do that. Then when I called to schedule they told me oil and tire but when I checked in they said really only tire rotation. I appreciate that but it made me question if I even needed the rotation since I got new tires and now not sure. Little things but it adds up. I don't need a call but frustrating when I need to say things multiple times.
