Service was scheduled for "wait at dealer", but upon arrival was told Smart had it recorded as a "drop off"- wait time 3+ hrs. Documentation on my end confirmed the "wait at dealer" for express service was scheduled- which from my previous appts with Smart is typically .75 to 1 hr. My service advisor Greg did everything he could to help, including a courtesy ride for the wait that was re-estimated at 1.5 to 2 hrs, but in the end was 2.8 hrs

I had a 9:30am service appt and my car needed to be left overnight because techs were backed up. I can't understand how the service dept gets that far behind. Last year I had a morning appt and it took all day. I've been a Smart customer for 10 years and in the past the service time was usually 45 min to an hour and I usually waited. Not any more I guess.
Jesse was great though. Very friendly and considerate.
