David did a good job, but it seems to me that if you have a pricing structure in place to replace rusted license plate screws that this is a problem that Toyota should fix. I don't recall having this issue with any other vehicle.

So appreciate the flexibility of the manager. On Friday my mom lost a hub cap to her Corolla. She was planning to leave on Sunday so the staff fit her in on Saturday. Amazing!!
