I confirmed with your customer service that I had one prepaid service remaining before I scheduled maintenance. When I drove the approximately 40 miles to Smart, I was informed by the service advisor I only had a prepaid tire rotation service, not an oil change.i was disappointed to learn I had traveled that distance for only a tire rotation. In addition, the recall notice I had received was not available to schedule due to the part not being available. So, when I called to schedule I thought I would have a 5 hour appt but then I'd be good. Now I have to make another trip once the part becomes available and I didn't get my oil change without further charge as I had thought. No need to have the service advisor call me, I shared these concerns with Khon and I have no concerns about his interactions, he was pleasant and professional.

I feel that’s too long. My husband had an oil change at another dealership at the same time with no appointment and his vehicle was ready in about 25 minutes.

It was disappointing to learn that a recommended, routine brake fluid replacement was not covered by the pre-paid maintenance agreement we recently started. Had to delay that because schedules didn't allow it that day. None of that is on Jose, though.

Sergio was great - informative, clear, and helpful. The person I spoke with to schedule initially, however, was very terse and not at all friendly or welcoming or informative, and I was left feeling confused and uncomfortable and uncertain that my needs would be met. I had requested “whatever the vehicle is due for” when scheduling, as my vehicle merely said “maintenance required.” Thankfully Sergio called me on the day of the service to inform me of several additional services recommended based on my car’s mileage and inspection, so I was able to obtain the needed maintenance that same day. In summary, my experience scheduling was off-putting and not at all satisfactory, but my interaction with the service technician was very helpful.
