I was given incorrect information by the service department regarding my repair. I was told I needed a new sensor which I declined as the sensor was still working. Upon picking up my vehicle and reviewing notes from mechanic, it was the clip for the sensor that was broken and needed to be replaced. Not happy as now I will have to pay again for labor to remove the bumper to replace the sensor clip. Would appreciate a call to discuss. Thank you.

When I sign up for a specific time to have something done on our car I really appreciate that the staff attempts to begin the job on time, or close. The person working on my car came to me to make sure what was listed to be done was exactly what I needed. Staff is all very pleasant and hard working.

Every time I call he’s busy, one of the rudest comments I’ve ever heard out of a customer service employee “our tech is losing money on this as well” when I’m paying over 10 grand.
