David was super friendly, thorough, and explained things to me well. He made sure I had my rental car through to the next day in case parts needed to be ordered for my vehicle getting serviced. I didn't end up needing to keep the rental vehicle overnight, but the attention to detail and thoughtfulness went a long way. The woman at the rental counter was a pleasure to work with as well. Thank you also for the complimentary car wash. I truly had a wonderful experience. ????

Unrelated - whatever chatbot/text service/scheduling assistant you used to initially reach out had the wrong info about how long the updates would take. It told me it would be like an hour and I could wait.
