I have a service plan in effect yet it couldn't clbe found and she had my date of purchase and mileage wrong so wouldn't provide the service necessary. I called to talk to a service manager but none were available and I have not received a callback

The car was returned to me with the tire pressure sensor monitor light on. This was not on before service.
I returned and he checked the tire pressure, said they have a bad gauge and thought it should turn off.
It had not, so now I have to make time for additional service to address a new TPMS issue.

It was wonderful that you were able to make room for a emergency repair. Towed in with front right axle damage. One day later and the repair was done , a over all check up was also given . Your staff was helpful when we needed to get house keys off the key ring everyone helped where they could. Thank you. When time comes if your sales staff is this good you will have my business.
