Scott was polite, briefly discussed the issues and potential services before going ahead with the work, went through all the inspection points withe me, and even showed me the engine and cabin filters.
Unrelated to Scott, I would like to suggest fixing the alignment of the printer that prints on the small plastic reminders that stick to the windshield. The date and mileage are hard to read because the printing is off. Also the font could be more readable. For example, the current font makes it hard to distinguish 6 from 8.
