I brought my car back due to a warning light stating my transmission was hot while driving down the interstate. I pulled off cooled car off for 2 hrs. My car had a transmission flush 6/26. I told Greg my car skipped not engaging when I drove up hill/încline. My car wasn't doing this before the transmission flush. I asked him if he would check this he stated my car would be test drove. I picked up my car. He said too much transmission fluid was put in. This was corrected. My car was done, ready to go. Mileage on my invoice is the same in and out. NO test drive!

For the most part my experience was good. Professionalism and the time it took was amazing. I did have two issues the car wash was unable to take cards so I didn’t upgrade my wash like I wanted to. The second was discovered later when I got home my tire pressure light was on and when I checked all four tires were at different levels (32,31,30…)the lowest was at 29 setting off the warning.
