I don't feel like the total charges were explained clearly, when I look at the paperwork & asked questions I still feel confused about what I'm being charged for. Very frustrating,it seems like Paul doesn't like to be questioned and/or struggles with clear communication.

Subject: Warranty Coverage Issue and Service Experience - Request for Resolution I recently brought my [vehicle year/model] to your service department for warranty work and experienced several concerning issues that I believe require immediate attention and resolution. Primary Issue - Warranty Coverage Dispute: Despite purchasing additional warranty coverage and having a vehicle with less than [specific mileage] miles and under one year old, I was incorrectly charged $62.18 for repairs that should have been fully covered under my warranty agreement. When I presented the contract showing this coverage, your staff initially told me I would need to wait until Monday to retrieve my vehicle over this billing error. Service Process Concerns: -No proactive communication during service despite being promised text updates -No opportunity to review diagnosis or approve repairs before work was completed -Unprofessional attitude from service staff, making me feel unwelcome -Lack of basic courtesy and customer service standards Requested Resolution: Immediate refund of the $62.18 charge with confirmation in writing Review of warranty coverage procedures to prevent future billing errors Implementation of customer communication protocols during service Staff training on customer service standards and warranty coverage I invested over $60,000 with your dealership and expected professional service standards. I'm hoping we can resolve this matter promptly and improve your processes to prevent other customers from experiencing similar issues

Perfect customer service. Jenna gave a complete explanation of the work to be done, and she gave an accurate estimate of the time it would take. Jenna was professional, even friendly; and not at all condescending when describing the work. I’ll keep bringing my RAV-4 to Smart Toyota because of the impeccable customer service, even if some other garage advertises lower prices.
