Jesse was great. But there was some misunderstanding about getting back to Smart Motors using Union Cab which no longer can be done. Smart Motors shouldn’t have done away with the cab vouchers.

Thank you for returning my Sienna in the same clean condition as when I arrived for my service appointment. I have a question about the tire tread depth measurements. On March 18, 2025, I had my Sienna in for service at 4,968 miles. The inspection report indicated the tread depths as 6/32 for the front tires and 7/32 for the rear tires. For my service on July 7, 2025, at 10,069 miles the inspection report indicated the tread depths as 8/32 for the front tires and 9/32 for the rear tires. This cannot be correct. I have a tread depth gauge, and I am measuring the tread depths as approximately 7/32 for the four tires. One final comment, I did not receive a new windshield cling that indicates the next service date and miles. This is not a major issue, but I just wanted you to know. Thanks, Robert.

What was going to be a $150 oil change turned in to 120k service for over $1000 and then that turned in to a $2300 total service job When I already paid way more for this vehicle than it's worth (timing in market, not Smart's fault) these kinds of service fees are absolutely insane to me I paid about $100 more than I planned on yesterday and after reviewing my finances, I do feel a little like I was taken advantage of And now I'm paranoid that because I can't afford these prices, something bad is going to happen. So I have begun looking into options for me to trade my vehicle for something else and end my family's relationship with Smart Toyota (we purchased two Highlanders within 3 days and recommended a friend to purchase from Smart within a week as well) All that said, Caleb was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I believe that he is an asset to your company
