I dropped the truck off knowing I needed the thermostat replaced because the autobody place read the code and informed me previously. In the request i asked for the check engine light to be checked out. I was charged over $200 for diagnostic. I argued with service manager that the charge was unwarranted to which I agreed to disagree because he felt it was just and accused me of not knowing what was done. He did not clarify. I’m sure this may be standard practice but I’ll be taking the small portion of my business elsewhere.

His efforts, along with the parts team and service manager, to make sure that I received the proper parts and that I was charged correctly reinforced why I will ONLY go to Smart for servicing (and some day replacing) my Tundra.
