While rotating my tires, Smart Toyota discovered a nail in one tire which was appreciated. So immediately after my service I went to Capital Tire to have it fixed under warranty. Capital Tire reported that one of the lugs had been cross threaded, apparently by Smart Toyota, and was quite difficult to remove. Capital fixed the tire and repaired the cross threading. Other than this, Smart Toyota’s service was great!

I really appreciated Sergio’s honesty!! I scheduled an oil change and he said that my vehicle wasn’t due yet but it did need the tires to be rotated!
