I arrived at 1:30 for a 2:00 express appointment and got in my car at 3:00. At 2:30 the advisor told me I didn’t need an oil change and they didn’t recommend a tire rotation because the tires need to be replaced. I ultimately asked them to do both because I was there.
I purchased the tires less than a year ago and had the car aligned.
I noticed that every person getting their car serviced is told they either need, a new cabin filter, new wipers, and new tires. Feels like a lot of selling

Work performed properly and technician explained everything well. My only dissatisfaction is the fact that settings on vehicle are not returned to position I left them. Headlight was in "auto" mode. When it got dark, I didn't immediately realize that I was driving without my headlamps on. Not the only time this happened, so providing this feedback to pass along.
