When I called the service department to make an appointment for a front end alignment I was told that it would cost $144 plus tax. When I got to the service department with the car they told me that there was an additional $20 dollar charge for some supplies. That was disappointing. I would have appreciated knowing that in advance.

Eric Muma was outstanding! He was extremely kind, professional, thorough and patient in answering all of my questions. Eric did his homework on our vehicle’s service history and didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of things we didn’t need yet, which I greatly appreciated.
