Excellent and quick service as well. As much as the cost can **** (NOT unique to smart Toyota, just the cost of car repairs in general these days) Smart Toyota has also been fast, efficient, and has let me know every step of the process. Jesse took his time with all of my questions amd even Javier, who sold me my car over a year ago, recognized me and took the time to talk and ask how I was doing. Above and beyond any other dealership or car brand I've ever had. 10/10

All in all, great service . I should have been offered the one tire that I replaced that was not damaged, just worn . On my part, I no should have asked for it, which really was my fault. Malory was great!!

When I picked up my car, they told me I had a leaky tire with a nail in it. But they don’t fix that there, and I should probably get it fixed somewhere fast. It was really disappointing. They try to upsell me $50 filter, but don’t want to help me fix a dangerous safety issue? I don’t expect them to do it at express lube, but schedule me an appt to get it fixed. I bought this car at Smart less than a year ago. But he told me they only fix tires that were purchased at Smart. The tires were on the car when I purchased it!

Ian was helpful and the recall was short with it being less than 2 days. I was disappointed with my loner vehicle. It was filthy on the inside of the vehicle. It has crumbs, hair, spilled fluids, and dirt. I did go back in and shared with the service rep helping me with the loner. He did come out and tried wiping some crumbs and hair and fluids with a paper towel. He didn’t apologize nor offer another vehicle option. I didn’t have time and he had a line of people waiting. He ensured me that we wouldn’t be charged. I ended up doing a service level cleaning myself but didn’t deep clean it. I realize it was a loner but should have been clean.
