He made sure that I knew what was being done to my car and why, and asked appropriate follow up questions. Due to my own poor planning I was not able to secure a loaner car in advance and he offered up the shuttle as an alternative which I'm very grateful for. He communicated well and I greatly appreciate the work he and the technician, Olivia King, did today. Both he and Olivia went above and beyond and left me feeling confident about their work.

He kept me informed of the progress being made. The checkin process which did nit initially involve him was confusing. Instead of simply putting a number on my vehicle so a rep would start the check in, i was told to go to pick up my part that was ordered by a service rep or to go into office to talk with a rep. When I did this, I was told to wait for a number to be placed on my vehicle. This process wasted about 15’ before a service rep came out to begin checkin. This has happened more than once.
