Paul was amazing, patient with my multitude of concerns and questions, and always professional. He kept me updated as to the progress of the repairs and explained thoroughly the procedures the technicians were going through to get my car up and running. When I called to ask if my car was ready or pick-up, I was questioned about why I would call, and then curtly told yes - though I had not given my name or vehicle information. Which all felt odd to me.
I arranged for a family member to be able to drop me off for pick-up a day later. When I arrived to pick up the car, I was told it's all good. Upon review though, the tailgate issue that Gerber passed to Toyota to assist and fix was still broken. I rushed back in to return my keys so I could flag down my family member and get home.
I do not know why I (the customer) was contacted on this b2b deal, especially if the job was incomplete.
From start to finish on this, not a friendly/helpful phone call and the work was incomplete. Frustrating given the life logistics worked to get a pick-up in this week.

I really appreciate Ian Spencer. I have worked with him on three separate occasions in the past year, all on the same car. He knows his stuff. His manner is very straight forward. He has a lot of experience. The last time you had my car to fix the brakes, you had to keep it over the weekend. The only loaner car available was electric. I was not comfortable in that car, but had enjoyed a Camry hybrid I used earlier. Ian was kind enough to let me know later that a Camry had been returned and I could come in and swap cars. I did that and was much more at ease in that car. I very much appreciated his thoughtfulness.

Excellent customer service provided by service advisor Mallory Zwettler! She patiently answered my questions regarding the potential causes for the inner vs outer brake pads to wear unevenly. Furthermore, she double-checked the tire pressure for all tires including the spare tire in order to ensure that they were properly inflated! In addition, she gave me valuable advice regarding my preferred timing for completing the necessary brake repairs in the near future.
