Appointment was at 10:45 am. I was not late in arriving with my vehicle. However, for a routine maintenance the car was only returned after 2 pm and it took me going back to the desk multiple times to check on it.

An hour and a half after I checked my car in at 8am for an oil change…I had to go check on the status of my car. No text message update. They said they were just finishing it up. Tech didn’t talk to me about my car or give me any information on possible upcoming service needs (print outs are usually given).

I know the tires were not rotated due to steering wheel shaking I have dealt with for the past 60000 miles, but was charged $50 for it. Now I am concerned what else in this $1100 service was not done. Way too expensive as it was for a 120000 maintenance, but to know things I was charged for were not done destroys trust I have. This vehicle has been at this dealership for every maintenance since I bought it new in 2018. Extremely disappointed and lost trust with this dealership.
