Immediately after leaving windshield washer fluid warning came on - fluids not topped off.

Ryan was very professional and courteous and kept me informed on the status of my Highlanders service.

The service was easy to access and navigate and personnel courteous.

Why did the mechanic have to change my seat, steering wheel and mirrors. When I got in my car I felt like I was sitting in a hole.

Had a bit of a wait to check in, but Ryan was prompt, professional, and communication was great throughout my first visit. This isn’t about Ryan, but the tech Shyam uploaded the inspection video, but it is only 4 seconds and didn’t show anything. I’m pretty thorough and would like a longer video and a printed multipoint inspection where able. All in all, it was a great first visit, some important things were brought to my attention and taken care of in a timely manner and Ryan was awesome.

I would appreciate a copy of what was performed today. I think there was a multi-point inspection and if so, I would like a copy of that too. It was not available for me when the vehicle wax ready for me. Thanks!!

You guys always deliver...but over $150 for an oil change seems a bit steep, even for a dealer. Most places include the tire rotation in the cost of an oil change - I believe it would go a LONG way with your loyal customers if you did the same (just my 2 cents)...

You are more expensive than other places, the only reason I went with you guys is because I couldn't get an appointment somewhere else sooner. There is either fixed or not fixed.I can get my vehicle fixed anywhere, its the cost...you guys are far more expensive.

First item was spots of oil on side of driver seat - quickly taken care of by a staff member and I'm happy with that performance. Just because Toyota's computer says alignment is good, doesn't mean steering wheel is straoght...further the rear was off, not the front. The steering wheel is the same off center as it was. I think the Toyota computer did something with the time...I had to toggle daylight savings off and on to get it back. The tech left my high beams on for some reason and turned off my dome light instead of putting it back to door mode as it was. I don't really like that Toyota resets my tire pressure to what it thinks I should use, but I always have and can live with it. Oddly, I'm confident that the oil change was done as it should have been and I can see the tire rotation was done. The big miss for me is the steering wheel because the other items are mild annoyances and just nit picky (I admit that). Although I noticed the steering wheel quickly, I did not have the time to return to the shop immediately...life got in the way yesterday and this weekend has become a challenge for me. In general I have been and continue to be happy with the staff and service at your location....but I would like the steering wheel item resolved at some point. It may have to wait till 15k maintenance...we'll see.

Service was great, I didn't feel pressured to add on extra services that aren't urgent.
