I was very cautious when bringing the car in because of having a functioning but slightly broken door handle in the driver side door. When I got the car back, the handle was broken more than when I delivered it. I was very cautious and showed one attendant when I pulled in the service bay, when checking in, I explained it to the person checking me in and offered to show them and they waived it off. When I asked Randy about it, he didn’t even deny that it happened, but said “it was already broken so there is nothing I can do because it’s still just a broken handle”
