Came for an oil change. Asked how much it would be before signing anything. Was told $175 because there was a charge for tire rotation. I said I didn't have the money to pay for a tire rotation at the moment and to please not do that. I guess by saying no to that it was assummed I said no to the free multipoint inspection. I waited an hour and 15 minutes for what I thought was an oil change and multipoint inspection to only find out that they only did an oil change. I had my 10 month old baby with me so I was annoyed that I then had to wait even longer because they had to take my car back in to do the multipoint inspection. I'm not really sure how many people would ever decline a free service such as a multipoint inspection...I did ask to speak to the service manager and asked if I could have the tires rotated for my trouble and needing to wait even longer. Thankfully he said yes and I got a free tire rotation but my experience shouldn't have been this. This was the first time I had to pay for an oil change on my 2023 Toyota Rav 4 because before I had the 2 year service package which was nice. Given this experience I will be taking my car elsewhere for an oil change. Especially since many places do a complementary tire rotation with an oil change.

Appointment was at 10:45 am. I was not late in arriving with my vehicle. However, for a routine maintenance the car was only returned after 2 pm and it took me going back to the desk multiple times to check on it.
