You were able to get the truck in and fix the issue, gave me a discount on the work. All this is god stuff
The thing that was curious is that when I picked it up last week, it was having this steering problem and I was told it was all good and checked out. When I drove it away I noticed this steering issue right away. This should have been noticed before turning it back over to me.
Now today when I picked it up today it drives fine, but the steering wheel is not centered when tracking straight down the road. This should have been adjusted before giving it back to me. Please have this fixed by tech on my lunch break asap

My ‘04 4Runner (her name is Pearl) needed immediate attention due to steering issues. Ryan England was able to get my vehicle in the next day. I was offered a car for the time it would take to fix my 4Runner and do the inspection. I was kept up to date on the progress and costs. I picked Pearl up today and everything is good.
