Everyone I dealt with was very courteous. I was told that service on my car would take between two to two and a half hours. It took two hours and ten minutes. Everything was done in a timely fashion, from dropping off my vehicle to picking it up. I have always been pleased with the service I have received at Faulkner Toyota.
