While the service itself was done fine as far as I can tell, but a few issues were disappointing.
My wife and kids were sitting in the waiting room only to find out the vehicle was done approximately 40 minutes prior, when she decided to walk up front to see if the services were completed.
Next I noticed a bunch of scratches on the back of the vehicle from the sub par wash they gave the Van and that's quite frustrating to now have all of these scratches (that do not just wipe away) on the back half of the vehicle. So not so thrilled about that.
