Thank you washing my Rav4 but the window was down so when I went out into the cold from your garage I put the window up. The water on the cleaner where the goes into the door pocket was wet and when I closed the window it was streaked. I know, stop whining, you asked I responded.

first of all, Thank You for taking care of my vehicle.
i’m still learning the in’s & outs of it because it hasn’t even been 2 weeks since I took delivery. just doing some research. and the general vehicle status is available to me via the toyota app. why did you guys inflate the tires to 39psi on all tires? i’m reading 35psi is recommended. this vehicle is brand new to me so im just curious why you did that. I plan to pick the vehicle up in a day or so because I have to get a ride out to paxton street after I get off of work. and I know its gonna get cold again in the near future, but just looking for an answer or your shop reducing the psi to the recommended pressure before I pick the vehicle up.

There was a large spot of paint on my cars front driver side bumper that was chipped after my service. I called about it and was told I would get a call back but no one called me back.
Also I was quoted 1.5-2 hours and it took almost 4. Which would’ve been fine if I was informed ahead of time.

Everything service was good but it was difficult to find my car after I picked up the keys. There were multiple black Toyota Camry SE’s near the service entrance and my car was not close to the entrance.
If staff could tell me where they parked my car after servicing it, that would make it easier to find, especially when the weather is cold.

Service was terrible. I was given my car back with a dead battery and told to do an illegal act. So that my car would charged while I was in the doctor's office. I will be in tomorrow to discuss this with senior management. As my car is being towed back to the dealership to be fixed.
