I brought my vehicle (which I purchased a month ago) in to fix two issues: the gas tank and microphone. I waited at the dealership about three hours and was then given a loaner. After a week I was told the vehicle was ready to go. I drove the 90 minutes back to the dealership from my home and when I tested the microphone it was still not fixed. I waited about an hour and was told to try again but the mic was still not working. I am now being told that I need to set up another appointment and that a loaner can’t be guaranteed. I understand that mistakes happen and trust that things will eventually be worked out, but this has been particularly frustrating given my distance from the dealership and need to secure childcare for my infant son.

Was generally happy with my service experience (which was my first at Faulkner Toyota Harrisburg). The only issue I had, which wasn’t major, but the cost for the maintenance & inspection visit was approximately 37% higher than the estimate relayed to me when i dropped off my vehicle and it appeared that the work performed was general in nature. I don’t feel i was “ripped off”, but I’d rather have a better idea going in how much the visit will cost me. Again, not a huge deal…..everything else about the service visit was excellent.

Lee isn’t the issue I have, per se. I made the appt for 8:00am on my only day off this week, specifically because in the past, later appts mean I’m waiting for my truck for 4 hours or more. So arriving at 8 and being told it would be an hour and a half, I accepted it. But after checking in, and they took my truck, no one worked on it for an hour and 45 minutes. It didn’t move from the parking spot until 9:45am. The inspection and 25,000 mile service took 45 minutes to complete. How can a shop already be behind by over an hour and a half at 8am? This experience, coupled with the alignment debacle last fall that took them 4 times to correct means I have no reason to use Faulkner for anything in the future. I’ve purchased two new trucks, and one used truck, from them in the past 5 years. I will probably look to Rahal when it’s time to buy my next.

When I got the quote for the service, and then got to the cashier, it was completely different prices.
The quote was correct for the item I was getting serviced, but I didn’t fully understand what my total bill was going to be, so it was a bit of a shock.

This was an accident, I was satisfied, I pressed yes, but for some reason, the phone registered no. But in terms of constructive feedback, I would say the service experience was great. Everyone we interacted with was great. The waiting room needs better Wi-Fi. I was trying to do work and couldn’t. And my hotspot wasn’t strong enough to do anything truly productive.
