Lee politely made eye contact and greeted me at the door as I entered Toyota, he said I’ll take you at the desk here and ask me my last name and my phone number and looked me up quickly took my keys politely and I showed him my online coupon for rotation and my car was ready promptly. I made my service appointment on the Faulkner Toyota website. When I arrived there was no record of my appointment. In spite of my prepaid service, it seemed I was going to be charged for some part of the regular 40K factory service. I objected, and received no charge for the service.
It shouldn’t be this difficult.
