Ryan was very calm ion a very hectic Monday morning where it appeared his coworkers left him to manage the busy morning on his own. My disappointment is not so much with Faulkner but the new Toyota 4Runner. This is my 5th 4Runner. We were so excited for the new model. It has been extremely disappointing to say the least. There is definitely a shifting issue. The service department has done what they feel is the best work, however, just because there is an 8 year 80000 mile coverage on the transmission, isn't sitting well with me right now. Sometimes too much change is just that.....too much. I wish I was still driving my 2021 4Runner.

I took my car in yesterday for an oil and filter change. My vehicle has a light-colored interior, and today I noticed that the person who serviced it got grease all over the door panels. I think they should be a little more careful. My car is a 2025 model, I try to keep it clean, and I expect that when I bring it to the dealership, they will return it in the same or better condition.

This is my first vehicle purchase from Faulkner Toyota. I have previously dealt with Rahal. This was my first service on a 2025 4Runner Platinum. It consisted of tire rotation, fluid checks and a multi point inspection. Pretty straightforward. My appointment was at 9:15 am. I was there at 9 am. The service was completed at 11:15……yep 2 hours. In addition to the time involved….unlike Rahal, the vehicle was not washed. This review is no reflection on the service provided. For what was preformed, 2 hours are not acceptable. I will also say this is based upon this singular experience and may not necessarily be the norm for Faulkner Toyota.

Could you please tell the serveice tech that the ecu issue was most likely caused by the aftermarket stereo. There is a setting that allows it to disconnect from the can bus. This allows the scan tool to work properly. The setting in my stereo was set to enabled, thus cauding an issue. I leaned something today as well! Thanks.
