It felt awkward coming in as the service garage area was empty- a car in front of me was let in right away with the garage doors opening as they pulled up (they were the only car in there). I pulled up behind the and sat for minutes without the doors opening so I parked my car nearby. Service advisors either avoided eye contact or looked at me and said nothing. I stood there awkwardly until I was assisted. Randy - who completed my service was great. Detailed video and completed the maintenance in less than an hour. I had absolutely no idea my car would be washed so I didn’t recognize it at all.
Aside from the initial impression, everything else was wonderful.
