Had to drive 200 miles round trip for “we owe” repairs. Only 1/2 was repaired because nobody could see the scuffs and gouge in the console console(I could point at it) . I got home, told my wife, she called and they said to call back at 2. Called at 2. “We’re looking for him” ok? We’re humans with lives that can’t drive 200 miles for stuff that shouldn’t have been a problem in the first place on a new vehicle. We also set up this appointment for the day I went down because that’s the day they said the people who do those repairs got pushed back because of snow (from Tuesday, it’s now Friday). Overall. very dissatisfied

I didn't meet Lee until halfway through the service, when he asked for my registration and insurance. Also, I found it very weird and abrupt to receive a random text while I was waiting on my car from John and Dallas offering to buy my car? Also, I received the initial text about my car being checked in but never received a multi-point inspection video. I figured there was nothing that needed attention. Overall very happy, glad to have toyota care covering service for now. The drive-in garage is much appreciated since it's been cold and wet lately.

We where told that when we bought the car it had.
life time oil changes. When I picked the car up I had to pay 112 dollars for the oil change. Nobody reach out to us to tell us this change. The cashier said it was only 2 years or 25000 miles.Its funny the last time we had it done at 55 00 and over 2 years old and paid nothing. I will take my business elsewhere.

My estimate was originally $164 for a tire rotation and oil change! This is too high. Added state inspection and emissions and it ended up$234. I will be back in a year, not before. I’ll learn to perform my own oil changes and tire rotations.
