My ‘04 4Runner (her name is Pearl) needed immediate attention due to steering issues. Ryan England was able to get my vehicle in the next day. I was offered a car for the time it would take to fix my 4Runner and do the inspection. I was kept up to date on the progress and costs. I picked Pearl up today and everything is good. I made my service appointment on the Faulkner Toyota website. When I arrived there was no record of my appointment. In spite of my prepaid service, it seemed I was going to be charged for some part of the regular 40K factory service. I objected, and received no charge for the service.
