Service by everyone was very good. Ryan was the person with whom we dealt most - he was having trouble with his internet connection and was gracious during the delay. Ryan did not stop being entirely courteous and helpful the entire time he was dealing with my wife and me.
Did you think someone else helped us maybe because Ryan had to use another employee’s tablet or net address?

It appears there is an issue with the camera now. Not sure if that has anything to do with the recall that was taken care of of or not but the front camera comes on very often at the weirdest times and goes on repetitively goes on and off.

Had to drive 200 miles round trip for “we owe” repairs. Only 1/2 was repaired because nobody could see the scuffs and gouge in the console console(I could point at it) . I got home, told my wife, she called and they said to call back at 2. Called at 2. “We’re looking for him” ok? We’re humans with lives that can’t drive 200 miles for stuff that shouldn’t have been a problem in the first place on a new vehicle. We also set up this appointment for the day I went down because that’s the day they said the people who do those repairs got pushed back because of snow (from Tuesday, it’s now Friday). Overall. very dissatisfied
