I was quoted a timeframe of 2 to 21/2 hours to perform an oil change, tire rotation, inspection and repair for a recall. My appointment was 8am and the car wasn’t ready until about noon. Then the cashier tried to charge me over $200. I had to remind him that it was less than 2 years since I bought the car. He said it was a computer issue and that he had to did deep to figure it out. I had to advocate for myself and that should not be necessary.
Computer are only as good as the information it provides. Totally unnecessary

I got the service I needed, but waited twice as long as anticipated, and had to cancel a business meeting. The team accomplished a recall item, which I appreciate, but would have been happier if they would have told me first. The service was fine, but communication sucked.
People have lives and need to plan their time. Had I known the extra time it world take, I could have made arrangements to still make it to my meeting.

Car didn’t receive a complimentary car wash (if it was down, I wasn’t informed). Tire pressures were not “topped off” as front driver was still at 29 (which also makes me wonder if the tires were even rotated). Oil was spilled near fill plug, causing a burning smell for a time. Inspection/Emission sticker remnants from being scraped off left on dash.
