Beth was outstanding today when I stopped in with a question about my truck. Not only did she answer my question but she got it in immediately for diagnostic and then had it fixed within an hour. I couldn't ask for more than that. Thanks.

Almost 4 hours for what I was told would be a tire rotation and software update (recall). I also have paid for services up to 100,000 miles and EVERY time I am told what I owe and they have to look it up to find that yes it is already paid. Interestingly
today’s bill today included a price for an oil change.
I think it took less time to buy the car than the services take!
If I have an appointment why does it take so long!?

Was quoted $299 for rear axil brakes I asked if that included labor or what my total cost would be as that is improtant to me. I was told $299 covered everything.. Got there to pick it up and total was $489. Talked to Steve and he said he I had drum brakes not disc brakes as quoted. He said he explained that when he told me $299 that IF I had something different it would be more. That was absolutely by discussed. Why in the world would you not quote the correct thing? You are the one that looked at them and said I had 1 mm of wear left AND had to order the parts. Highly frustrating! I will NEVER be back if that is the kind of service provided.

Went in for recall and another concern and neither were completed. I guess I need to video the issues with my 2025 Tundra. Maybe I should take my truck to a different Toyota dealer for better service. Really disappointed I drove 90 miles round trip for nothing!
