Actual work to install new OEM windshield appears very satisfactory. But 2 month period of poor communication regarding OEM availability and insurance claim process after initial contact with advisor. This lead to one appt that was cancelled when I found out non-OEM glass was going to be used. Then another couple weeks rescheduled with OEM glass but molding was not ordered so one more day. No claim coordination was accomplished in advance with insurance so this put back on me to pursue. Not sure if Lewis works with Progressive but either way would have been good to know upfront rather then when work was being done…
