We have used Lewis Toyota for almost all of our service needs for approximately 20 years. Ever since Kelly left, the quality of service has declined. Every time we have come for service in the last four years or more, either the job hasn’t been done thoroughly and properly, or we have been upsold or overcharged. Yesterday, I received a text asking me to authorize $1869 (or thereabouts) as the “total estimated charge” and I was charged $2700, because apparently the “total” charge didn’t include charges already approved earlier in the day. Your definition of “total” is apparently different than mine. You need to fix your automated system so that it doesn’t call charges “total” when they clearly are not, or you need to have a human being call to clarify such issues. After numerous such disappointing incidents, my family will not be returning.
